Preheat oven to 400˚F. In skillet combine juice, hot sauce, honey, ginger and garlic, bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened to light syrupy consistency. Let cool completely.
Toss drumsticks with glaze and salt; arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Toss half of the drumsticks with half of the chips until evenly coated. Repeat with remaining drumsticks and chips. Sprinkle with green onion.
