  • 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Sabra Guacamole
  • 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Frito Lay toasted sunflower kernels


Spread guacamole evenly on each toast. Top as desired with watermelon radish, tomato, sprouts, goat cheese and sunflower kernels.

Tip: Substitute globe or breakfast radishes for watermelon radish.
