Steven Williams
Steven Williams

CEO

PepsiCo Foods North America

Steven Williams is currently the CEO of PepsiCo Foods North America leading the $18 billion snack and convenient foods business that includes Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) and Quaker Foods North America (QFNA).

Steven, a 20-year PepsiCo veteran, has served as CEO since March 29, 2019. Prior to this role, Steven served as senior vice president and chief commercial officer for Frito-Lay’s U.S. organization, overseeing all selling and commercial activities for U.S. field sales, customer teams and headquarter commercialization, in addition to leading a large multi-functional sales organization, spanning all Frito-Lay retail customers, channels and go-to-market systems. 

Steven also previously served as senior vice president and general manager for Frito-Lay’s East division where he was responsible for the overall business and performance management for the six geographic regions in the Eastern U.S.

Earlier in his tenure at PepsiCo, Steven led the company’s global Walmart business, managing the PepsiCo portfolio of products across all aspects of the Walmart Business worldwide, including Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club, and Walmart International Divisions. In this role, he delivered significant retail sales and share growth in Walmart. 

Steven also previously led sales for a number of PepsiCo’s largest food and beverage brands, leading multi-channel and cross-functional teams to deliver revenue, profit and growth. 

Steven joined PepsiCo in 2001 as part of PepsiCo’s acquisition of the Quaker Oats Company, which he joined in 1997, and has held leadership positions of increased responsibility in sales, general management, customer management, sales planning and shopper marketing. 

Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School. Steven currently resides in Dallas, TX, with his wife.

Joan Cetera

Vice President of Communications

Joan Cetera is vice president of communications for Frito-Lay North America, where she is responsible for internal and external communications across customers, employees, the media and other key stakeholders.  

Before serving in this role, Joan led public relations strategy and reputation management for Frito-Lay and its portfolio of snack brands. Prior to joining Frito-Lay in 2015, she served in various leadership roles directing consumer communications across a variety of brands and companies in both domestic and global public relations at the most highly regarded public relations agencies. Her expertise spans industries: from consumer packaged goods and health and wellness to home products and financial services.
 
Joan holds an MBA in marketing from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in news-editorial journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Senior Vice President,

PepsiCo Sustainability and Global Snacks Research and Development

Christine Cioffe is currently senior vice president (SVP), sustainability and global snacks research and development (R&D), having joined PepsiCo in October 2010. Chris is responsible for the leadership of the snacks R&D associates who work across the globe in developing and delivering innovation, productivity, brand stewardship and discovery platforms. As part of its ongoing transformation journey, snacks R&D continues to encourage greater connectivity across all regions and function capability teams, driving partnership and efficiency across the globe. In addition, Chris leads the PepsiCo Sustainability Office, which works across sectors, categories, brands and functions, in the creation and management of the PepsiCo Performance with Purpose 2025 program. Previous roles at PepsiCo include SVP, strategy and portfolio management and SVP global beverages.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Chris was vice president, strategic portfolio management at Merck & Co., Inc. Chris joined Merck in 1990 as a research veterinarian and moved into the project management area in 1993 with increasing levels of responsibility in areas of early and late drug development, resource and capacity analysis, and governance and decision making structure as well as creating enterprise-wide processes in strategic planning and operations management.

Chris has a VMD degree (Veterinaries Medicinae Doctoris) from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science from Texas A&M and bachelor’s degree in biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Chris completed a post-doctoral training program at The Rockefeller University and an executive management program at NYU Stern. Chris has published numerous scientific and portfolio management articles and book chapters as well as presented at numerous symposium and conferences.

John Dean
John Dean

Senior Vice President of Sales

Frito-Lay North America

John Dean is currently the Senior Vice President of sales for Frito-Lay North America.  In this role John leads the field sales function overseeing strategy, execution, sales planning, and people development for Frito Lay North America with responsibility for retail direct store delivery.

A 27-year PepsiCo veteran, John began his career on the front line DSD selling system and has worked in each of the field sales roles including national customer sales for the convenience and drug customers in the U.S.  John most recently served as the Region Vice President of Sales for the Texas and Oklahoma business unit where he was accountable delivering net sales, region profitability, innovation, people leadership, and go-to-market design.

John is passionate about developing others and creating diverse winning cultures that bring the best out in each person.  John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Cindy, and their four boys, John, James, Josh, and Jack.  He is also an avid reader.

Mike Del Pozzo

Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Customer Officer

Mike Del Pozzo is currently the Senior Vice President of sales and Chief Customer Officer for Frito-Lay North America. In this role, Mike leads the sales function overseeing strategy, sales planning and commercialization for Frito-Lay’s U.S. customer sales organizations, with responsibility for retail, ecommerce and food service businesses.

A 20-year PepsiCo veteran, Mike has worked on every one of the PepsiCo business units across North America Beverages, Quaker Foods North America, Frito-Lay North America, as well as at PepsiCo corporate headquarters. Mike most recently served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Planning across our PepsiCo Beverages North America business where he was accountable for all North America Beverage commercialization including Revenue Management, Ecommerce, and Innovation Planning and Governance.  Prior to assuming that role, he was the Senior Vice President & GM leading our PepsiCo Kroger business where he had responsibility for all aspects of PepsiCo’s portfolio of businesses cross-functionally with Kroger across the U.S. 

Mike has held leadership positions in Supply Chain, Marketing, Field Sales, Customer & General Management, and Commercialization. Mike is passionate about the industry he operates in and serves as Co-Chair on the GMA Sales Executive Committee. Mike is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Curry, and their two daughters, Isabella and Gabriella, and mentoring young talent across PepsiCo.  He also serves as an executive board member of the AJD foundation in Cincinnati.

Cara Keating

Cara Keating is the President of PepsiCo Foods Canada, leading the Canadian businesses of Frito-Lay North America and Quaker Foods North America.

A 15-year PepsiCo veteran, Cara has a wealth critical experiences in various geographies and in account management, customer insights, field and customer leadership roles.  Since joining PepsiCo in 2004, Cara’s ability to consistently deliver results has led to progressively senior roles in customer development and field leadership across Canada. Cara began her PepsiCo career in the Western Canada market before moving to Toronto in 2010. In 2016 Cara was promoted to Vice President – Customer Development at PepsiCo Foods Canada, where she led the national sales team to deliver against our promise of providing world-class service to our customers and innovative programs to our consumers. 
 
Cara is a talented people leader and passionate supporter of PepsiCo’s diversity and engagement agenda. Her efforts to champion and empower women have been recognized with the prestigious PepsiCo Global Harvey Russell award and externally with the 2017 Star Women in Grocery award from Canadian Grocer Magazine.
 
Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Saskatchewan.

Michael Lindsey

Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer

Frito-Lay North America

Michael Lindsey is currently the Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer for Frito-Lay North America and Quaker North America. In his role, Michael leads a cross-functional organization tasked with developing the ‘next generation’ of PepsiCo’s Foods operations in NA. He is also responsible for strategic plans and M&A for Frito-Lay.
 
Michael began his career with PepsiCo in 2009, holding a series of leadership roles in corporate strategy and as vice president (VP) of Strategy for the AMEA sector. In 2014, he moved to the Greater China Region as the SVP and GM of Nutrition Category and Commercialization, where he led the nutrition category, including profit and loss (P&L) ownership, brand communication, innovation and importantly, building a strong nutrition team. He was also responsible for cross-category commercialization.

Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2009, Michael was an associate principal at McKinsey & Co. He holds a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Michael enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.  He resides in the Dallas area with his wife Christine and three children Vivian, Charlotte and John.

Steve Llewellyn

Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sales

Frito-Lay North America

Steve Llewellyn is currently the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sales for Frito-Lay North America. In this role, Steve is responsible for the strategic direction of the sales function for Frito-Lay’s East Division, which includes the company’s Southeast, Mid-America, Atlantic and Northeast regions. He oversees a sales force of more than 13,500 associates, who service nearly 160,000 customers each week with Frito-Lay’s portfolio of brands.

A 27-year PepsiCo veteran, Steve has worked on many areas of the business. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the PepsiCo Walmart team, where he was accountable for managing PepsiCo’s portfolio of products across all aspects of the Walmart U.S. business. Prior to assuming that role, Steve was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Frito-Lay North America Foodservice and Distributor Sales.  
  
Steve is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin, where he played football. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their children.

Patrick McLaughlin
Patrick McLaughlin

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Human Resources Officer

PepsiCo Foods North America

Patrick McLaughlin is senior vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer for Frito-Lay North America, leading the field and headquarters structure with a focus on building organizational health and capability, developing talent and strengthening employee relations.

Patrick assumed this role in February 2012, after serving as vice president of human resources sales and supply chain, which included the human resources support for Frito-Lay North America plants, sales regions, sales operations organizations and the headquarters organizations since May 2010. Before this appointment, he served as a regional human resources director, manager of labor relations, and head of the human resources function for the Pepsi-Cola North America franchise organization at Pepsi Beverages Company/Pepsi Beverages Americas, where he helped lead the integration of bottler acquisition.

Prior to PepsiCo, Patrick worked for Exxon in organizational development, labor and HR generalist roles. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Purdue University and is originally from Northwest Indiana.

John Meadows
John Meadows

Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Frito-Lay North America, Global Go-To-Market & Global eCommerce

John Meadows is senior vice president and chief information officer for Frito-Lay North America, Global Go-To-Market & Global eCommerce.  In his role, John leads a cross-functional IT organization tasked with providing IT with solutions and services.

John is a proven business and digital transformation leader with 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, eCommerce and IT for technology companies.  Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2018, John held a series of leadership roles at both enterprise and early stage companies.   He served as chief executive officer of Connectik Technologies based in Geneva, Switzerland; chief operating officer (North America) for Proacts based in Tel Aviv, Israel; partner at DefinedLogic, a digital consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies; and for 20 years at AT&T in eCommerce and IT. 
 
John is on the Board of Directors for the Meadows Foundation and on the Kansas State University Parent & Family Advisory Board.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and his MBA and Master of Public Affairs from University of Texas at Austin.  He resides in the Frisco area with his wife Elise.  They have three children, Lawson, Morgan and Mikayla.

Leanne Oliver

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Leanne Oliver is senior vice president and general counsel of Frito-Lay North America, responsible for managing all legal matters for Frito-Lay North America. She assumed this role in September 2017.

Leanne joined Frito-Lay in 1996 as part of the human resources department and transferred to the Frito-Lay legal department in 2000. She has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Frito-Lay legal department and spent more than six years at PepsiCo’s corporate headquarters in Purchase, N.Y. where she led the employment law function for PepsiCo’s U.S. businesses.

Leanne holds a bachelor’s of science degree in biology from Gonzaga University and a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. 

Gregg Roden
Gregg Roden

Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

PepsiCo Foods North America

Gregg Roden is senior vice president of Frito-Lay North America’s supply chain, leading the 24,000-person-strong field team responsible for making and moving Frito-Lay snacks across the U.S. and Canada.

In addition to overseeing the field organization, Gregg is responsible for the engineering, asset strategy, contract manufacturing, quality, food safety, product supply, integrated supply chain planning, and environmental health and safety teams based at Frito-Lay North America headquarters in Plano, Texas.

Gregg assumed his current role in January 2017, after serving in various capacities with Frito-Lay North America, including as senior vice president of Frito-Lay’s field supply chain and productivity team, senior vice president of supply chain for the West division, region vice president of supply chain for the Southeast region, and senior director of a functional center of excellence at Frito-Lay North America headquarters.

Gregg joined PepsiCo in 1990 after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial distribution.

Dianne Sutter
Dianne Sutter

Senior Vice President of Global Procurement and Market Supply Officer

Frito-Lay North America

Dianne Sutter is Senior Vice President Global Procurement and Market Supply Officer for Frito-Lay North America. In this role, Dianne is responsible for setting and executing strategies related to the procurement of ingredients, packaging, indirect materials and transportation across all of our North America businesses.

Dianne began her career with PepsiCo in 1993 and has held a variety of roles in PepsiCo’s global procurement group across both foods and beverages.

Prior to joining PepsiCo’s global procurement group, Dianne held several positions within PepsiCo’s treasury organization, including leadership roles in international treasury, global cash management and international treasury consulting.

Previously, Dianne worked in commercial banking, most recently as a vice president for JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Dianne holds an MBA from New York University, a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
