U.S. Products Considered a Good Source of Calcium

Calcium is essential for building strong bones and teeth as well as the proper functioning of nerves and muscles, even helping your blood to clot. The FDA recommends consuming 1000 mg of calcium every day. Calcium is commonly found in dairy products and dark, green leafy vegetables such as  spinach, collard greens, and mustard greens. The Frito-Lay snacks listed below are considered a “good source” of calcium, meaning that they provide at least 10% of the recommended daily value of calcium in one serving.
