Red Hot Smokers BBQ Dry Rub

Description:

Frito-Lay's Lay's® BBQ chips teamed up with the 2012 memphis in May BBQ Champ, Wayne Booth from the Red Hot Smokers, to show you how to make your own world class dry rub.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup paprika
2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup onion powder
1/4 cup black pepper
1/3 cup salt
1/4 cup garlic
1/4 cup cumin

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly removing any lumps.
2. Let the mixture stand for 2 hours or overnight. Store in a cool dry place in an airtight container.
