Warm Cheddar Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces sour cream
4 ounces mild cheddar cheese
2 ounces whole milk
3 pieces white bread
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons whole butter
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan place the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese and milk.
2. Heat the mixture over low to medium heat for 6-7 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
