TOSTITOS® Lamb Burgers with Pepper Jack Cheese and TOSTITOS® Salsa

Serves: 6-8


2 pound Ground Lamb
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Parsley
½ Teaspoon Coriander
¼ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Red chile flakes
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
2 Whole Hamburger Buns, toasted
½ cup Onions, diced small
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
As Desired TOSTITOS® Restaurant Style Salsa
3 cups TOSTITOS® Original Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips


• Heat 2 tbsp. oil in an 8" skillet over high heat
• Add onions; cook until browned, about 6 minutes
• Transfer onions to a plate; let cool
• In a bowl, mix onions, lamb, mustard, herbs, spices, garlic, and salt and pepper. Form meat into 6 thick patties; set aside
• Prepare a medium-hot charcoal fire or heat a gas grill to medium-high (or heat a tablespoon of canola oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat)
• Grill burgers, flipping once, until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 10 minutes for medium. Place a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese on the burger patty and let melt
• Toast the hamburger buns
• Place each burger on the bottom half of a bun and top with salsa and a few chips.
