TOSTITOS® ARTISAN RECIPES® Tortilla Chips Stuffing

1 9 ¾ oz bag TOSTITOS® ARTISAN RECIPES® Roasted Garlic and Black Bean Tortilla Chips
2 ½ cups Chicken stock
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 cup Yellow onion, ¼” diced
1 cup Celery, ¼” diced
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1. Place chips in a large mixing bowl. add chicken stock, and let stand for 30 minutes.
2. Sauté onions and celery and seasoning in oil over medium high heat until translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. After the chips and stock have rested for 30 min fold in the sautéed onions and celery.
4. Pour mixture into an appropriate size casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
