Looking for a quick and easy dessert? This easy-to-make dessert works perfect with any flavor of ice cream you choose!
• 1 14-oz. box STACY’S® Bake Shop Vanilla Pound Cake Crisps
• 1 pint vanilla bean flavored ice cream
Allow the ice cream to soften at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place a scoop of ice cream in the center of each of eight crisps. Get creative with additional toppings. Try adding slices of fresh kiwi or strawberry, hot fudge or a drizzle of honey. Press another crisp on top of each scoop and flatten to a disc. Place in the freezer for one hour before serving.
