STACY’S® Bake Shop Pretzel Baguette Crisps with St. Andre Cheese, Prosciutto and Truffle Honey
Prep time: 15 minutes Serves: 8
1 bag (14 ounce) Stacy’s Pretzel Baguette Crisps
½ cup honey
1 Tbsp. white truffle oil
1 pinch sea salt
½ pound St. Andre Cheese
½ pound thinly sliced prosciutto
1 cup Arugula
1. In a mixing bowl, slowly drizzle the truffle oil into the honey while whisking. Whisk until the oil is completely blended in and add a pinch of salt.
2. Spread about one tablespoon of the St. Andre onto each Pretzel chip.
3. Ruffle a slice of prosciutto on top and drizzle with the truffle honey. Top with an arugula leaf and serve.
