STACY’S® Bake Shop Banana Nut Bread Crisps with Dulce de Leche Ice Cream and Bruleed Banana

• 1 14-oz. box STACY’S® Bake Shop Banana Nut Bread Crisps
• 1 pint dulce de leche flavored ice cream
• 2 firm bananas
• 1/4 cup turbinado or raw sugar
Peel the bananas and slice about 1/8th inch thick on a slight angle. Arrange the bananas on a baking sheet and top evenly with sugar. Using a butane torch, caramelize the sugar until evenly melted and dark caramel brown. Allow to cool. Place a small scoop of ice cream on top of each Stacy’s Bake Shop Banana Nut crisp, followed by a slice of bruleed banana, topping the ice cream. Serve immediately.
