Spicy Cheese Dip With Ground Beef
Ingredients:
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped
1 pound ground beef, cooked
1 jalapeño, finely chopped
3 scallions, finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 jar TOSTITOS® Medium Chunky Salsa
Instructions:
1. Combine salsa and beef in heat-safe dish and heat until warm.
2. Stir in jalapeño, scallions, sour cream and feta cheeses.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and heat again until warm throughout.
4. Serve immediately with TOSTITOS® Original Tortilla Chips.
