Southwest Benedict FRITOS® Pie
2 eggs, poached
2 cups prepared Hollandaise sauce
2 tablespoon diced green chilies
Pinch of white pepper
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil
4 ounces chorizo
1 cup FRITOS® Original Corn Chips
Pinch of garlic pepper
2 teaspoon chopped green onion
Stir chilies, white pepper and salt into Hollandaise sauce. Pour oil in pan and heat chorizo, separating the meat from its components.
Create two piles of FRITOS® corn chips on the plate. Add chorizo and one poached egg to the top of each bundle. Pour Hollandaise sauce mixture over the bundles, then sprinkle with garlic pepper and green onion.
