Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Serves: 6-8

Try when you have friends over, or when you’re looking for a tasty snack. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1 small garlic clove
1 (8 ounce) bar cream cheese
1 jar roasted red peppers, drain and blot dry
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In food processor, blend all ingredients together. Blend longer for creamier texture or shorter for a chunky texture.
2. Let the dip sit covered in refrigerator before serving to bring out the garlic flavor.

Notes: You can lighten up this recipe by using fat-free or reduced-fat cream cheese.
