Ranch Hand Chipotle Burger

Description:

The lightly smoked essence of chipotle mingles with smooth, creamy ranch to produce the unmistakable flavors of Mexico.

Ingredients:

Chipotle Ranch Mayonaise:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, chopped fine
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 T lime juice
2 T LAY’S® Dip Creations® Country Ranch dry dip mix

For the Burger:
1 pound ground beef, 80:20 chuck recommended
1 package LAY’S® Dip Creations® Country Ranch dry dip mix
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns, toasted if desired
8 tomato slices
8 lettuce leaves
1 recipe of chipotle ranch mayonaise

Instructions:

Chipotle Ranch Mayonaise:
- Place above ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.

For the Burger:
- Mix the beef and the seasoning thoroughly.
- Form 4 equal sized patties.
- Cook on a grill or in a pan until your desired doneness.
- To finish the burgers, place burger on the bottom of the bun, top with 2 tomato slices and a large dollop of the chipotle ranch mayonnaise. Top with 2 lettuce leaves and the bun lid.
- Repeat for the remaining burgers.
