Popcorn Chocolate Chip Cookie

Serves: 12-16

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Unsalted Butter
¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 lg Eggs
1½ cup Chocolate Chips
As needed SMARTFOOD® DELIGHT™ Sea Salt Flavored Popcorn
pinch Topical Salt

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
• Add vanilla
• Add eggs one at a time; incorporating before the new addition
• Cream 2 minutes after final egg addition- medium speed
• Sift all dry ingredients
• Add all dry ingredients at once.
• Rotate 4-6 times in mixer and add all chocolate chips- low speed
• Let the mixer rotate 6 more times- low speed
• Remove and make two large balls out of the mixture
• Place each ball on a lined cookie sheet
• Place 5-6 pieces of popcorn on top and slightly flatten
• Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each cookie
• Bake 8-12 minutes depending on your oven
