Onion Beer Brat Cheese Dip with RUFFLES® Original Potato Chips
1 Cup RUFFLES® Ultimate Beef N Cheese Dip
3 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
1 Cup Gruyere, shredded
1 ½ Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
1 12 oz. bottle Lager beer
2 Tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard
1 Tablespoon Favorite hot sauce
½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
4 links Bratwurst, grilled and diced
½ cup Diced onion
1 bag RUFFLES® Original potato chips
• In a small sauce pot, warm the RUFFLES® Ultimate Beef N Cheese Dip.
• Combine cheeses in a bowl with flour
• Add the lager and the cheese blend to the pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
• When the cheese has been incorporated fully, stir in the mustard, hot sauce Worcestershire sauce, onions and cubed brats.
• Stir occasionally on low heat for 10 minutes.
• Transfer fondue to warm crock pot.
• Serve with RUFFLES® Original Potato Chips.
