Mixed Bean & Cheddar Dip
Try when you have friends over, or when you’re looking for a tasty snack. Perfect for any occasion.
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup balsamic and oil salad dressing
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1. Mix beans and mash or puree in blender.
2. Transfer mixture to a saucepan. Stir in salad dressing, mustard and horseradish. Add more salad dressing to create a less dense mixture if desired.
3. Heat mixture, stirring continuously. Once hot throughout, add cheese, stir until melted and pour into serving bowl.
4. Serve hot to warm with STACY'S® Multigrain Pita Chips for dipping.
