LAY’S® Hot Crab Dip served with LAY’S® Classic Potato Chips

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

1 10-oz bag LAY’S® Classic Potato Chips
1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
¾ Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ Cup Green Onions, minced
6 Whole Garlic Cloves, roasted
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
½ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Teaspoon Favorite seafood seasoning
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
• Combine all the ingredients except crab in a mixing bowl and mix well.
• Add jumbo lump crab meat and stir gently until thoroughly mixed
• Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly, then top with remaining cheese and place in the oven
• Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
• Serve with LAY’S® Classic Chips
