3 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons tightly packed fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1-2 tablespoons chopped bacon (optional)
Tomato, chopped with seed removed (optional)
1. Combine avocados with jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice and onion. Add salt to taste.
2. Garnish with or mix in bacon and tomato if desired.
