Fajita Marinade

Fajita Marinade

Ingredients:

½ cup canola oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
5 cloves garlic, peeled and cleaned
1 each medium white onion
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes until homogenized.
2. Place in covered plastic container and refrigerate.
3. Use to marinate Chicken or Beef for Fajitas.
