Everything But The Smoked Salmon Spread

Prep time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Cup Cream Cheese
3 T Red Onion, minced
2 T Chives, minced
¼ Cup Roma Tomatoes, diced
3 T Capers, chopped
1 Hard-Boiled Egg
½ t Salt
1 Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions:

Place the cream cheese, salt and pepper in a food processor and mix until smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and fold in onion, chives, tomatoes, capers and egg. Spread mixture on Stacy’s® Everything Bagel or Toasted Garlic Bagel Crisps.
