Cool cucumbers, fresh herbs and creamy ranch blend perfectly with hearty garden vegetables in this oh-so-summery recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
1 T minced fresh dill
1 T minced fresh chives
4 t fresh lemon juice
2 T minced red onion
3 T LAY'S® Dip Creations® Country Ranch dry dip mix
2 t minced jalapeño
½ t kosher salt
½ t ground black pepper
3 cups peeled, seeded cucumbers, sliced into half moons

Instructions:

- Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT the sliced cucumbers in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Toss cucumbers in a LAY'S® Dip Creations® Country Ranch dry dip mix
until well coated.
- Refrigerate until cool and serve.
