1 large bag of FRITOS® SCOOPS!® Corn Chips
1 large bag of TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips
½ can of FRITOS® Bean Dip
½ jar of TOSTITOS® Smooth & Cheesy Dip
1 large ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon garlic salt
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup TOSTITOS® Medium Salsa
¼ cup dry taco seasoning mix
2 large, ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Recommended Utensils: Shallow 2-quart dish, small mixing bowl, rubber spatula, chef’s knife, cutting board
Layer 1: Spread FRITOS® Bean Dip in a shallow, 2-quart dish.
Layer 2: In a small bowl mash avocado together with lemon juice and garlic salt: spread over bean dip.
Layer 3: In a small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning: spread over avocado.
Layer 4: Spread salsa over sour cream.
Layer 5: Sprinkle on black olives.
Layer 6: Sprinkle on diced tomatoes.
Layer 7: Spread TOSTITOS® Smooth & Cheesy dip over tomatoes.
Layer 8: Sprinkle with green onions.
Layer 9: Sprinkle with shredded Mexican cheese blend. Serve immediately with FRITOS® SCOOPS!® Corn Chips or TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips.
