Chili Cheese Bake

Prep time: 20 minutes


2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
2 small cans chili with no beans
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked
1 bag TOSTITOS® Original Tortilla Chips, coarsely crushed
12 oz bag shredded cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese
1 jar TOSTITOS® Medium Chunky Salsa (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. To assemble, spread cream cheese evenly in a lightly greased 9”x13” baking pan.
3. Layer chili, cooked ground beef, half of the shredded cheese, crushed TOSTITOS® Original Tortilla Chips and the remainder of the shredded cheese in the order given.
4. Bake uncovered for approximately 15–20 minutes or until cheese melts.
5. Serve immediately with TOSTITOS® Medium Chunky Salsa on the side, if desired.
