Ingredients:

½ cup room temperature cream cheese
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup of your favorite beer
1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
2 green onions, sliced
3 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 bag ROLD GOLD® Thins Pretzels for serving

Instructions:

1. Place first five ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir and heat until smooth.
3. Add bacon and all but 1 teaspoon of the green onions into the dip.
4. Place in a heat-proof serving bowl and top with remaining green onions.
