Tom Greco is president of Frito-Lay North America, where he leads PepsiCo’s $13 billion snack and convenient foods business.
Tom assumed this role in September 2011, after serving as executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC), where he was responsible for leading PBC’s retail selling efforts across the United States and Canada. Before that, he was executive vice president of sales for PepsiCo’s North America Beverages organization and president of global sales for PepsiCo. He also previously served as president of Frito Lay Canada and senior vice president of sales for Frito-Lay North America. He joined PepsiCo in Canada in 1986.
Before joining PepsiCo, Tom worked at Procter & Gamble. He graduated with a bachelor of commerce degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, and received an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario. He serves as co-chair of the Food Marketing Institute's Associate Member Advisor Board.
Marc Guay

Marc Guay is president of PepsiCo Foods Canada, which includes the Frito Lay Canada and Quaker Foods and Snacks businesses. He has held this role since 2008.
Marc began his career with PepsiCo in Canada in 1986. Since then, he held a variety of positions, primarily in sales and general management, including senior vice president of sales and marketing, vice president of sales, and area vice president for Hostess Frito-Lay’s eastern and western areas, before becoming the Frito Lay Canada president in 2001. Before joining PepsiCo, Marc worked for Procter and Gamble.
Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales (affiliée à l’Université de Montréal). He has been actively involved in the Food and Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC) Industry Association for several years, serving on its board of directors since 2001. He was appointed and served as chair in 2007. In 2008, Marc joined the board of directors of The Grocery Foundation, a charitable organization devoted to helping underprivileged children.

George Legge

George Legge is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Frito-Lay North America, responsible for driving the continuous annual growth and overseeing finance, productivity, control, transformation and SAP implementation for PepsiCo’s $13 billion snack and convenient foods business. He assumed this role in December 2010.
George, a 25-year PepsiCo veteran, previously served as CFO and global transformation officer for PepsiCo Strategic Supply Management. George’s other PepsiCo experience includes a wide range of leadership positions in both North American and international operations. Starting in 2004, he led One Up, PepsiCo’s enterprise system initiative to harmonize business practices to leverage scale, build flexibility and support growth. George also previously served as CFO of PepsiCo Europe, and CFO of Frito-Lay Europe, Africa and Middle East. Before that, he was vice president of customer delivery for Frito-Lay North America. George also held numerous roles in finance, sales and operations at Frito-Lay North America before becoming general manager of Frito-Lay Hawaii and then area vice president of Frito-Lay in Minneapolis. He began his career in Pepsi-Cola North America as a business planner.
George earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida and his MBA from the University of Georgia.
Patrick McLaughlin

Patrick McLaughlin is senior vice president of human resources and chief human resources office for Frito-Lay North America, leading the field and headquarters structure with a focus on building organizational health and capability, developing talent and strengthening employee relations.
Patrick assumed this role in February 2012, after serving as vice president of human resources sales and supply chain, which included the human resources support for Frito-Lay North America plants, sales regions, sales operations organizations and the headquarters organizations since May 2010. Before this appointment he served as a regional human resource director, manager of labor relations, and headed the human resources function for the PCNA franchise organization at Pepsi Beverages Company/Pepsi Beverages Americas and helped lead the integration of bottler acquisition.
Prior to PepsiCo, Patrick worked for Exxon in Organizational Development, Labor and HR generalist roles. Patrick holds bachelors and masters degrees from Purdue University and is originally from Northwest Indiana.
Randy Melville

Randy Melville is senior vice president and general manager of Frito-Lay’s east division, which includes the company’s Northeast, Atlantic, Carolinas, Southeast, Central Gulf and Mid America regions.
Randy assumed this role in February 2012, after serving as senior vice president and general manager of Frito-Lay’s Central Business Unit since 2011. Before this appointment, he was senior vice president of sales, vice president and general manager of sales for Frito-Lay’s southern division, chief customer officer for Frito-Lay, and vice president of urban/ethnic marketing for Pepsi-Cola Co. He joined Frito-Lay in 1993. Before leaving Frito-Lay for two years to lead Maytag’s sales organization as senior vice president, Randy was vice president of sales in Texas and Colorado for Frito-Lay.
Before joining Frito-Lay, Randy held numerous leadership positions with Procter & Gamble. He graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
Jaime Montemayor

Jaime Montemayor is senior vice president and chief information officer for Frito-Lay North America. He is responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of IT capabilities and services for Frito-Lay.
Previously, Jaime was senior vice president and CIO of PepsiCo Transformation, responsible for the delivery of SAP and Data IT solutions for Quaker, Tropicana and Pepsi-Cola North America. Before this appointment, Jaime served as CIO for Frito-Lay North America and Frito-Lay International, including all IT operations for Quaker snacks and foods outside the U.S.
Jaime joined PepsiCo in 1995 as CIO for PepsiCo’s Gamesa business, Mexico’s largest cookie and biscuit company. Before joining PepsiCo, Jaime was a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton and a technical director with Oracle Corp. in Europe and Latin America.
Jaime received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico and a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University.
Anindita Mukherjee

Anindita (Ann) Mukherjee is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Frito-Lay North America. She leads Frito-Lay’s best-in-class marketing disciplines -- brand marketing, advertising, customer marketing, in addition to insights, innovation and marketing services. Before becoming CMO, Ann was group vice president of marketing for all Frito-Lay core brands. Ann started her career with PepsiCo in 2005 at Frito-Lay’s Convenience Foods division, where she led marketing, new product innovation, consumer insights and strategy and for all Quaker snacks.
Ann has more than 15 years of brand management and marketing experience. She started her marketing career working on new product development for Citibank Diners Club. She then moved to Kraft, where for nearly 11 years she worked across several brands, including Kraft Mac ‘N Cheese, Kraft Singles, Taco Bell, Minute Rice, Stove Top Stuffing, Velveeta and DiGiorno. She also worked on developing global new products for Kraft.
Ann received her bachelor’s degree and her MBA from the University of Chicago. In 2007, Advertising Age named Ann one of the “Top 30 Women to Watch,” and Brandweek named her one of its “Marketers of the Year.”

Stephanie Smart

Stephanie M. Smart, C.P.M. is senior vice president and market supply officer for PepsiCo’s food and snack business in North America. In this role, she is responsible for procurement within PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division. Stephanie has held this position since June 2012.
Stephanie brings more than 25 years of procurement experience to PepsiCo, with category breadth covering directs, commodities, co-packers, capex/mro, indirects, marketing services and advertising. Previously, Stephanie was senior vice president of Diageo’s Global Procurement Americas division where she was responsible for all categories of spend. Prior to Diageo, Stephanie held a variety of procurement roles at Eastman Kodak, including leading global purchasing for their digital imaging business, as well serving as chief procurement officer of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Russell Sage College. Later, she achieved certified purchasing manager status. Stephanie is also a certified quality improvement facilitator and holds a manager black belt certification.

Kirk Tanner is the senior vice president and general manager of Frito-Lay's west division, which includes the Heartland, Midwest, Texoma, Mountain, Pacific Northwest and California regions.
Kirk assumed this role in February 2012, after serving as division vice president of sales for Frito-Lay. Since joining PepsiCo in 1992, Kirk has served in several leadership roles, including region vice president for Frito-Lay's Mountain and Mid- America regions, vice president of impulse sales for PepsiCo in the U.K. and Ireland, and director of sales and team lead for PepsiCo's Sam's Club business.
Before joining PepsiCo, Kirk worked for Procter & Gamble. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
Christopher Wyse

Christopher Wyse is vice president of Communications for Frito-Lay North America and PepsiCo Americas Foods, where he is responsible for internal and external communications across customers, employees, the media and other key stakeholders. Christopher joined Frito-Lay in 2010 from Whirlpool Corp. where he worked in all aspects of corporate communications. He also held roles in marketing and communications at BBDO and J. Walter Thompson earlier in his career. He holds a master of business administration degree from Loyola University in Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Christopher serves on the board of directors of the Snack Food Association.

Mike Zbuchalski is senior vice president of research and development for Frito-Lay North America. In this role, Mike leads Frito-Lay’s team of innovative engineers, scientists and culinary chefs who are creating healthier snacking and environmentally sustainable packaging.
Since joining Frito-Lay in 1995, Mike has led many of Frito-Lay’s new products and strategic innovation platforms. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech. He is the executive sponsor of Frito-Lay’s Support Team Connection employee resource group.
