"High", "Rich In", or "Excellent
Source Of" = Labeling regulations permit this claim on products when
one serving provides 20% or more of the Daily Value (DV) to describe
protein, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber.
"Good Source of", "Contains" or "Provides" =
Labeling regulations permit this claim on products when one serving
contains 10%-19% of the DV.
"More", "Added", "Extra", or "Plus" =
Allowed when the product contains 10% or more of the DV per reference
amount. May only be used for vitamins, minerals, protein, and dietary
fiber.
Fat Free = less than 0.5 grams of fat per reference
amount and per labeled serving.
Low-Fat = 3g or less per reference amount or
1.8g for small servings, click

Reduced Fat, Calorie, Sugar or Sodium = At least
25% less (fat, calories, sugar, or sodium) per serving compared to
the original product or reference product.
Low-Calorie = 40 calories or less per reference
