Tostitos Scoops! tortilla chips, which combine the lower calorie and lower fat benefits of Baked! snacks with the innovative “made-for-dipping” bowl shape of great tasting Tostitos Scoops! tortilla chips For the perfect pairing, Frito-Lay is also introducing all natural Tostitos Picante Sauce. The new tortilla chips and dip are the latest offerings from the snack maker that qualify for the Smart Spot symbol, identifying healthier options across PepsiCo’s portfolio. Baked! Tostitos Scoops! tortilla chips and Tostitos Picante Sauce are now available nationwide.

Tostitos Scoops! tortilla chips are the latest product in the company’s successful line of Baked! snacks, a line of snacks with lower calories and less fat than the company’s regular snacks . The innovative bowl shape designed for dipping, along with half the fat of reglar tortilla chips, make these chips a great choice to feature during everyday get-togethers with friends, watching the game or as a centerpiece at any party. New Tostitos All Natural Picante Sauce offers an all natural blended sauce made with fresh onions and fresh jalapeno peppers that is great for dipping. Available in Mild and Medium heat levels, Tostitos Picante Sauce can also be used to add a zip to everyday meals. The 16 oz. jars are available nationally for $2.99. Tostitos Picante Sauce joins the brand’s full line of queso dips and all natural salsas.
The launch of Baked! Tostitos Scoops! tortilla chips and Tostitos Picante Sauce will be supported with television advertising currently in development with GSD&M Austin. The new snack and picante sauce will also be the featured product of the brand’s in-store point-of-sale materials tied to the Tostitos BCS sponsorship. A national coupon effort, sampling and print and internet advertising campaign will also support the launch.
The Baked! line of snacks, including Baked! Tostitos tortilla chips, was originally introduced nationally in 1994 as lower calorie and lower fat snack choices.
